Halloween Performance for Leap'n Learners!

Our first performance for the year is already creeping up on us! All Academic Preschoolers are invited to perform with us for Halloween! Preschoolers will get to dance AND sing at this show! This is a great start to build our year on and provides us with a low-key first performance. 

SPOOKTACULAR PERFORMANCE
Saturday, October 26th between 5:00-8:30pm
South Davis Recreation Center 550 N 200 W, Bountiful, UT 84010

We will be participating in The Rec Center’s Spooktacular Carnival. We are invited to perform in the gym at their entertainment booth. There are multiple activities going on all over the facility, which makes for a great night with family and friends. We are scheduled to bring short 20-25 minute performances. 


"HOW DO WE SIGN UP?"
Families are required to submit their consent to participate in Spooktacular by either:

  1. Submit your online consent form below.​



PARTICIPATION FEES:  $40.00 per dancer (including costume rental) is due on October 1st.  Specific class costumes and performance times will be sent out the last week of September.  Costumes will be checked out and in at the performances!  
  

By submitting the online consent form you agree to the following:

  • I have read and understand the terms of the Halloween Performance Information and I agree to abide fully by its terms. I understand that performance fees and costume fees are non-refundable. 
  • I understand the performance fees and costume fee amounts and authorize Expressions Dance and Preschool to initiate electronic payments for the balance due on my account on October 1st.  If I would like to have my account flagged for pre payment by CASH only, I will contact Expressions Dance and Preschool regarding this matter. If such matter has been arranged I agree that I will pay the said amount in full five days before October 1st, or my card on file will be charged. A $20 late fee is added to all accounts with insufficient funds.
